I am very proud to announce our dive computer draw winner: Ben Walmsly.  This newly-appointed BOW Diver proudly utilized his new Cressi Archimedes II dive computer on his dive on Nicholson's Point today.

On behalf of the Dolphin Scuba Club, I would like to thank Sunset Diving for the donation of the computer for this highly-coveted draw event.

On another note, I have two more announcements to make:

• Your executive has worked long and hard to secure a grant from PSP to replace the aging and desuet cascade system at the club. Elisabeth Gibson (PSP Recreation Coordinator) has confirmed that FS&R Director Paul Butt has approved the purchase of Very High Pressure Cylinders to replace the old ones the club currently has in our locale. The grant will see us replace the old Low-Pressure and High-Pressure Bank with new VHP cylinders to allow better customer service to you, our valued members... The cylinders should be ordered and installed in the near future.
• Sunset Diving has presented us with yet another CRESSI ARCHIMEDES II dive computer for another draw. Since this year's draw has been deemed as a tremendous success, we have decided to organize the same type of draw for next year. We will kick of the 2011 Dive Season with our traditional Treasure Hunt, and begin a new draw for this computer as well. Contest end-date to be determined by 2011 Executive.. All the more reasons to get in the water next year!!!

Final note: Our Activities Coordinator Kim Sararas may have a couple of spots left on the 3-tank charter with Proteus on the 15th of August. Do not hesitate to contact her to secure your spot. I assure you that a great time will be had by all!!!

This weeks Sunday dive is Nicholson's Point. We will be holding the draw for the computer out there at 1pm approximately.

Because of the long drive out, the club will be open at 11am for rentals.
